A central component of the course is the hands-on wet lab, which focuses on intra-articular joint injection techniques. Designed for both experienced veterinarians and those seeking to refine their skills, the lab offers practical training in administering joint injections in canine patients. Intra-articular injections play a vital role in both human and veterinary medicine.

Attendees will gain familiarity with commonly used therapeutics and receive guided instruction on injecting the six most frequently treated joints in dogs. The course covers joint anatomy, key anatomical landmarks, and proper injection techniques. Under expert supervision, participants will practice procedures on both thoracic and pelvic limb joints, with opportunities for real-time feedback and skill refinement.
